Your Mission:
- Client Development: Forge and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their staffing needs to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions that stand out.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in sales initiatives, proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base across various sectors.
- Candidate Placement: Work hand-in-hand with our dedicated resourcing team to ensure the successful placement of top-tier candidates who will make a difference.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic, informed advice that adds real value for clients and candidates.
- Performance Targets: Smash your sales targets and KPIs, contributing to your own success and that of the company as a whole.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally managing a Perms desk.
- Strong sales acumen with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration.
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools to streamline your efforts.
