Wisdom Recruitment is an independently owned Rec 2 Rec company, established by Rachael Wisdom, a well known and respected figure in recruitment throughout the South East.
At Wisdom Recruitment we employ like-minded consultants, all of whom have a professional and consultative approach with both clients and candidates. All our consultants have in-depth industry experience.
We invest time conducting a detailed interview where we will take all the time that is necessary to understand our candidates and their unique requirements. Only when we feel that we have a full understanding of expectations will we discuss suitable vacancies.
Rachael is the founding Director of Wisdom Recruitment, with more than 12 years experience in the recruitment industry. She started her career in the 1990’s as a Temporaries Consultant for a national high street agency, moving quickly to going an independently owned agency where she quickly progressed to the position of Area Director, managing a network of branches throughout Surrey, Sussex and London. Rachael then realised her passion for recruiting to recruitment and her ability to recognise a true industry professional.
Rachael now has a strong team of like-minded professionals supporting her at Wisdom, all of whom bring with them many years of experience in the industry.
