Rachael is the founding Director of Wisdom Recruitment and has over 12 years experience within the recruitment industry. She started her career back in the 90's as a Temporaries Consultant for a national high street agency. It wasn't long before she was approached to work for an independently owned recruitment agency where she was quickly promoted through the ranks to Area Director managing a network of branches throughout Surrey, Sussex and London. It was here, as primary recruiter, that Rachael realised her passion to Recruit 4 Recruitment and her ability to recognise a true industry professional.
Rachael has a strong team of professionals around her at Wisdom, all of whom bring with them a wealth of experience and industry knowledge.
