We offer £250 reward for each successful candidate referral.
Ideally, you'll be able to give us their name, numbers and a little background. You don't really need to know if these people are actually looking to move on at the moment, as all we'll do initially is have a confidential discussion and let them have some information about Wisdom Recruitment. We make all our calls in confidence using the utmost care and discretion to establish contact, we will not reveal your name without your permission.
At the moment demand for recruiters is so high we could probably find something for almost anyone, as we're handling some 500 live vacancies across the South East for recruiters at all levels, including Consultants, Branch Managers, Senior Directors and Trainees.
Most of the people we initially speak to are not actually looking for a job at that time. However, we are very patient and we're very good at keeping in touch and building relationships. Eventually, and it may take 6, 12, 24 months or even longer - your referral may become interested in looking.
You just give us their name and number and we'll work hard to earn you that £250.
